Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
