Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal We will issue a PayPal invoice which provides several payment options including most major credit cards and bank transfers. (you do not need a PayPal account just an email address) We also have the ability to use our $CAD merchant account using a visa or master card

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
