Payment Details
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Diners Club - Travelers Cheques *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 65. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
