Kitchen is newly renovated with 4 stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and maple cabinets. It has everything you'd want from a fully functioning kitchen including: serving platers, mixing bowls, strainers, all specialty utensils (garlic press, zesters, spatulas, etc), rice cooker, sandwich maker, juice jugs, popsicle makers, indoor grill, outdoor dish set, sushi dish set, tupperware products, loads of cookbooks and more. Kitchen also has a serving bar.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom has queen sized bed, 2 closets, dresser with mirror, sitting chair, and chest with extra blankets. This room also has an infant crib (which can be removed if guest desires). Window faces north so room stays cool in the summer. It also has a ceiling fan for extra air circulation. Window looks out over Lady Macdonald and Grotto Mountains.

Bedroom

1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). This guest room has a maple bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top) and a log bedside table. It also has a set of dresser drawers and a closet.

Bedroom

1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). This is a child's room. It has a window seat that faces south and looks onto the 3 Sisters and Lawrence Grassi Mountains. It has a chair and closet as well. There are plenty of children's books, toys, and stuffed animals in this room.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet and one basin.

View

Our home has mountain views from all windows. The front windows and 2 bedrooms face south looking at the 3 sisters and Lawrence Grassi ranges. The back yard and master bedrooms looks onto Grotto and Lady Macdonald ranges.

• Nearby Attractions: Hiking and mountain biking trails are available 1/2 block from our home (cougar creek with access to Lady Macdonald and all alpine club trails). Other nearby attractions include: rock climbing within a 30 minute hike, and bird watching. Attractions within a short drive include: white water rafting, canoe / kayak, sight-seeing, shopping, heli-tours...you name it!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
$500 security/damage deposit required for one week rental. $1000.00 required for a one-month rental.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $200 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
