Please note that the private entry to the unit is at street level. Upon entering the foyer area, you then ascend a flight of stairs to access the main living area. There is not an elevator or wheelchair lift inside the unit.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
CANCELLATION POLICY: Notice of cancellation must be in writing (email is acceptable). There shall be no refunds due to delays in arrival or early departure. Notice of cancellation with more than 30 days notice: $200 Booking Deposit is non-refundable. Notice of cancellation with less than 30 days notice: Booking Fee is non-refundable* *If we are able to re-rent any portion of your stay, the Booking Fee will be refunded accordingly, less the $200 Booking Deposit.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $15/day or $100/stay (whichever is less) will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40/hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
