1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom features include custom walk-in closet and a juliette balcony which looks onto the 3-story indoor rock climbing area. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass enclosure and double vanities with plenty of storage. At the end of your day of hiking/skiing/golfing enjoy a soak in the jetted soaker tub while enjoying the mountain view prior to climbing into the queen size bed. You'll wish you could stay forever.

See our pictures for just a sample of the breathtaking views from every angle. The pictures hardly do the area justice, so you'll have to come and see for yourself.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 25 minute(s). Canmore Nordic Centre is 10 minutes away and offers cross-country skiing only. Banff Mount Norquay is a 25 minute drive. Sunshine Village is a 45 minute drive to the parking area and a 15 minute gondola ride to the base of the hill. Calgary Olympic Park is 45 minutes away and Lake Louise Mountain Resort is 60 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Local amenities including groceries, liquor stores, shops, galleries and restaurants are less than a 5 minute drive away. As the house is located on the side of a mountain, the return trip from town may be a little tedious to walk -- but the views would be fantastics!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
A $500 Booking Deposit is required to confirm booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: Notice of cancellation must be in writing (email is acceptable). There shall be no refunds due to delays in arrival or early departure. Notice of cancellation with more than 30 days notice: $500 Booking Deposit is non-refundable. Notice of cancellation with less than 30 days notice: Booking Fee is non-refundable* *If we are able to re-rent any portion of your stay, the Booking Fee will be refunded accordingly, less the $500 Booking Deposit.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40/hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
