The highlight of the suite is the extremely generously sized open plan living, kitchen and dining area, which has stunning mountain views. Set around a fireplace and large LCD television mounted on the wall is a generous 3-seat sofa and 2 sofa-chairs.

In addition there is a large balcony directly off the living area, with amazing mountain views.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
