Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal Damage deposit will be taken 1 day prior to arrival and returned within 48 hours of departure, providing there is no damage outside the usual wear and tear. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
