Stunning views of the surrounding Canadian Rockies, including the famous "Three Sisters" range. The balcony and master bedroom also overlooks Policeman's Creek and Boardwalk amongst the protected wetlands. There are no other buildings/construction obstructing the natural views.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Several golf courses are located in Canmore and Banff.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). Located within 30 minutes of 4 major ski resorts including Norquay, Sunshine, Nakiska, and Fortress. Located 50 minutes away from Lake Louise.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The building is located at the end of Canmore's main street, so shops, restaurants, galleries, grocery are all within a 4-10 minute walk. Coffee/pastry shop and bicycle rental located on main floor of building.
• Swim in Canmore's Quarry Lake or use the nearby Kananaskis lakes for boating, canoeing, fishing, etc.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25/hr..
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
