This unit has vaulted ceilings in the living room and a pool table in family room. Centrally located near downtown. Three outdoor decks. Across the street is a large park with a play structure for children.
Unit 20006 is the other half of this duplex.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 6 ski areas located from 15 minutes to 50 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). It is a short walk to the shops and restaurants.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
