    This unit is an easy walk to a park and playground and has beautiful mountain views.

    • The Calgary Airport is a 1.5 hour drive. The train station is located 20 minutes away in Banff Alberta
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Three golf courses are within a 10 minute drive.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). World class ski resorts including Sunshine Village, Norquay, Lake Louise, Kicking Horse and Nakiska are 30 minutes to 2 hours drive.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). An easy 20 minute walk to the downtown core. Closest restaurant is 5 minute walk. Others 10 - 20 minutes or 2 - 3 minute drive.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Spray Lake is a 20 minute drive. Banff National Park has numerous lakes and streams within an hours drive. Quarry Lake is a ten minute drive near the Nordic Centre.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    Damage deposit will be returned after satisfactory inspection.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
