    2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This very large bedroom with vaulted ceiling is on the second floor and is also where all the toys and children's books are, along with foosball and an air-hockey table.

    Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    Mountain views from the back deck and yard. The house is on a quiet, residential cul-de-sac, almost all homes on the street are single family units.
    More Information
    The house has a very warm and cozy feel to it created not only by the wood burning fireplace but also by the abundance of wood throughout. Antique furniture throughout adds to the ambiance. Another feature to note is the original, cast-iron, claw foot tub in the upstairs bathroom. In the south facing backyard the children can play safely in the sandbox, on the swing or in the tree fort. Perhaps a bike ride or river walk is in order, a large trail system begins near the house.

    • Calgary International Airport is a 90 minute drive.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Again, very centrally located to some of the best golf courses in the world.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Very centrally located to four major ski resorts: Lake Louise, Sunshine, Mount Norquay and Nakiska (site of the 1988 winter olympics).
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). House is located within a 5 minute walk of downtown with its fine restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and great shopping.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Quarry Lake, the local swimming hole is less than 20 minutes. Walk from the house to the Bow River, renowned for its excellent fly fishing. This beach is actually an old quarry but is Canmore's outdoor swimming hole on those hot summer days. Beautifully surrounded by the mountains.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    Contact owner for bank details for direct deposit or bank wire.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
