The apartment is fully equipped and finished to an exceptionally high standard which includes a 42” plasma screen TV, DVD-VHS Player and Stereo in the living room. There is an LCD flat screen TV, DVD-VHS player and Microsoft X-Box in the downstairs bedroom.
The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an American style fridge-freezer incorporating an ice-maker and chilled water dispenser, full sized dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave and garbage disposal. Local Agent will meet you at the apartment and show you around.

• Calgary international airport is one and a half hours away and you can pick up a train in Banff about twenty minutes by car.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Three World Class Golf Facilities, Stewart Creek, Silver Tip and Canmore Curling and Country Club are all located with-in a 15-minute drive of the property. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 30 minute(s). Norquay is about 20 minutes. Sunshine is about 35 minutes. Lake Louise is about 45 minutes to an hour. Nakiska is about 45 minutes. Fortress is about one hour. Kicking Horse is about 1 hour and 45 minutes. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The stroll into the center of Canmore (galleries, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc) is just about 4 minutes. Connecting to Canmore's extensive walking trail system is an easy three minute walk. The Centennial Park is about a 12 minute walk. A coffee bar, sandwich shop and wine store are located on the ground level of this building. Additional restaurants, grocery stores, coffee bars & pubs are less than 4 minute walk. • Why not take a short walk through Canmore town, to the Bow river. Enjoy a Swim in Quarry Lake.
Payment Details
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Cash - Email Money Transfer 10% deposit is required to secure unit. This is non refundable. Balance is required 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 16-30 days prior to arrival, 50% is refunded. If you cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival, the full amount is forfeited. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No housekeeping is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
