This house is on the best street in Canmore, high up, quiet, on a large lot, with municipal reserve and playground directly behind. It has a large perennial garden, and sunny sheltered courtyard. The outdoor patio is perfect for barbecuing, and private with spectacular views in three directions. The house is architect-designed with gorgeous views from every window. It is used as a writers’ retreat in the summer months. It is tasteful, colourful, and full of pine antiques and art. A network of river trails for hiking and biking/ walk to Quarry Lake, cycle reservoir and Nordic Centre. Air-exchange (purification) system. Ceiling fan in 2 story living area.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
