• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Silver Tip and Stewart Creek golf courses are about a 5 minute drive from the condo. Banff Springs and the Kananaskis Golf Courses are under a 1/2 hour drive from the condo.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 30 minute(s). Mount Norquay is approximately 15 minutes away, Sunshine Village is 25 minutes and Lake Louise is 45 minutes away. The Canmore Nordic Center (a large cross country skiing facility) is less than a 5 minute drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The unit is less than a 5 minute walk from downtown Canmore, which has several retail stores, restaurants and grocery stores in the area.
• The complex backs on to Policeman's Creek.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 50.00/pet will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
