    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Three world class ski resorts, Sunshine Village, Lake Louise, and Banff Mount Norquay are all within an hours drive. As well the Canmore Nordic Centre, location of 1988 Winter Olympics Cross Country and Biathlon is available within a 10 minute drive.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
