Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
