Our two-bedroom condo in the heart of Canmore is the perfect base for your Rocky Mountain adventure. The spacious unit is within a 2-10 minute walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. Our comfortable apartment comes equipped with fireplace, HDTV (70+ channels, 12 HD) & Blu-ray/DVD player, and free high-speed internet. Sleeping and dining space can accommodate up to 6 adults. We have a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, king and queen beds, in-suite washer and dryer, and a balcony with BBQ. The balcony and windows overlook a mountain creek and allow for sun-filled views of mountain peaks.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card
A damage deposit of $250 will be secured against your credit card one day prior to your arrival. These funds will be released back to you after your departure provided no damage has occurred other than normal wear and tear. We have yet to charge any of our guests for extra fees.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
