More Information

The apartment is fully equipped and finished to an exceptionally high standard which includes a 42” plasma screen TV, DVD-VHS Player and Stereo in the living room. There is an LCD flat screen TV, DVD-VHS player and Microsoft X-Box in the downstairs bedroom. Local Agent will meet you at the apartment and show you around.

• Calgary Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. Calgary International Airport is one and a half hours away and you can pick up a train in Banff about twenty minutes by car.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby. Three World Class Golf Facilities: Stewart Creek, Silver Tip and Canmore Curling and Country Club are all located within a 15 minute drive of the property.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 30 minute(s). Norquay is about 20 minutes. Sunshine is about 35 minutes. Lake Louise is about 45 minutes to an hour. Nakiska is about 45 minutes. Fortress is about one hour. Kicking Horse is about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The stroll into the center of Canmore (galleries, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc) is just about 4 minutes. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Cash - Email Money Transfer
10% deposit is required to secure unit. This is non refundable. Balance is required 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 16-30 days prior to arrival, 50% is refunded. If you cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival, the full amount is forfeited.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
