Located in a quiet cul de sac, this property is perfect for a single family: a large hot tub is set into a large deck outside, while the cosy interior includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wood-burning stove, etc. A detached artists cabin in the huge backyard is also available for an additional fee, and includes desk and futon.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 300 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
