25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided. • Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $100 may be provided. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
