This timber frame open concept house features picture windows that capture dramatic panoramic mountain views. The outdoor hot tub has fantastic views! It's located a short wooded walk along the river valley from downtown; a 15 min walk from the local swimming hole, Quarry Lake Heritage Park, (great for skating in the winter). The Canmore Nordic Centre (cross country skiing) is 3 min drive away, Norquay is 15 min (downhill/snowboard), Sunshine 30 min and Lake Louise 45 minute away. Great mountain bike trails all over! It is our home away from home, ...and we want to share it with you!

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
