The spacious en-suite bedroom, on the first floor, has its own private terrace with wonderful views. The nearby medieval village of Mougins is set amongst pines, olives and Cyprus trees. Surrounded by forests, the Valmasque forest covers four hundred and twenty seven hectares, Mougins has kept the quality of its environment intact, and offers visitors, from the height of two hundred and sixty metres, a panoramic view of the "Baie de Cannes", the Lérins islands, Grasse and the "Préalpes". The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
