The lively, fashionable Mediterranean resorts such as Cannes and Nice make good choices for day trips, and the colourful, historical inland towns and villages of the Var and the Alpes Maritimes, including Seillans, Fayence and Grasse are also within easy driving distance. Approached by a rather steep lane, this modern villa is a good choice of property for a family as there is a flat, lawned area within the terraced garden where children can play. The interior is simply furnished and equipped for holiday living.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
