The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals for up to 12 people and there are appliances, dinnerware and cutlery to cater for this number. Cocktail parties for up to 30 guests have been organized on the premises.

1 Queen Bed. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size (5 ft. 3 in.) wide bed with an inner spring box mattress. There is a large private balcony with a round table and four chairs overlooking the garden, an ensuite bathroom and a dressing room.
Bathroom 1 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet.
Bathroom 3 has bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet, shower and two basins.
View of the beach is along the Boulevard du Midi towards the Old Port from in front of the villa. The living room opens to an internal walled garden with a giant umbrella palm over a dining terrace which is romantically floodlit at night.
The villa is fully air-conditioned. The laundry room is in the basement and is equipped with a Whirpool washer and a Whirpool tumble dryer. An ironing board and a steam iron is provided.
The Côte d'Azur belongs to all those who dream of it. It is beaches, luxury hotels and sun-drenched towns. It loves nightlife, cinema, glitter and roulette, being under in the limelight, while protecting its natural environment. It also elegantly dons the latest creations from haute couture while jogging in a white sweat suit at dawn. It revels in the maze of streets of its perched villages, hikes on mountain peaks flirting with the sky… "canyoneers" in white water. It can be theatrical, adores opera and putting on a show… before strolling, holding a bouquet of fresh-cut flowers, in the aisles of a colourful market. The French Riviera… is as you like it: eternal.
• Nice Airport is 30 minutes by car along Autoroute A8. The nearest railway station is 1.3 km. There is a public bus stop 50 meters from the villa.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are more than thirty (30) golf courses within an hour's drive from the villa in Cannes. The nearest one is La Napoule-Mandelieu facing the sea, 4km from the villa, along the Boulevard du Midi.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest French alpine resorts are 45 minutes by car from Cannes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Fine beachfront restaurants line the Boulevard du Midi towards the Old Port - a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive.
Luxury shopping along Rue d'Antibes and La Croisette with all the famous French international brand name stores another five minutes further along, past the Mairie (the Town Hall) and the Festival Hall where all the international conferences, the Cannes Film Festival and exhibitions are held.
The villa is on the beach, yet it is truly 'downtown' - easy walking distance to all the excitement and entertainment of cosmopolitan, French resort life including casinos, pavement cafés, flower and produce markets and antique 'brocante' stalls during the day.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The beach is 50 meters from the villa. Access to the beach is from in front of the villa and at the end of the street. The picturesque Lac St. Cassien, a large freshwater lake offering every facility, is 30 minutes by car along Autoroute A8. Beaches along Cannes are famous for their crystal clear waters and fine, champagne-coloured sand.
The beach is just 50 meters from the villa and offers many varieties of water-related sports activity: surfboard and wind and para-surfing, para-gliding, water skiing, jet-skiing, fishing. Small sailing boats may be chartered by the hour and large yachts and game fishing vessels are available for charter from the quay at the Old Port - a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive along the seafront from the villa.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

The Security/Damage Deposit and the Exit Cleaning Charge are quoted in Euros.
If you wish to make the payment by an electronic bank transfer, you may do so to our bank account in France. Please advise us accordingly and we shall provide you with our banking co-ordinates.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 8 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
