• The Nice Airport is 35 minutes away by car. The Cannes Railway Station is 1.5km from the apartment.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The La Napoule-Mandelieu golf course is 6km from the apartment. It is just one of more than twenty golf courses on the French Riviera.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The winter ski resort Isola 2000 is a 45 minutes drive from the apartment.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Two supermarkets are located within 1km of the apartment. Restaurants are within 1.5km of the apartment along the ocean front (beachside)and in the Old Port (2km) and in town (2.5km)
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The apartment has a view of the Mediterranean from its balconies towards Mandelieu and La Napoule. The beach is downhill from the apartment - an easy 10 minute walk. The fresh water Lake St. Cassien is 15 minutes from the apartment by car with fishing, boating, swimming and other activities.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
