A parking space is also available in the private underground car park, right underneath the building, with a private elevator up to the apartment level.

Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
