Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
A magnificent 180° view on the Bay of Cannes, the Îles de Lérins and the Bay of La Napoule is visible from everywhere around the house, wether you're in the living room or outside on the terrace enjoying your dinner.
You can also see the Croisette, and the occasional super yachts in the Bay.
Mandelieu has a small airport for amateur planes and helicopters, which offers a nice sight to see from the terrace. (The neighbour actually owns an airplane, and will be more than happy to take you for a tour along the coast).
In both east and west, you can see the Alpes-Maritimes and the Esterelle Mountains resp.
At night, the view is equally stunning, with all the small lights from boats and houses down below.
• The nearest airport is Nice International Airport, which is only 25km away. The highway A8 takes you there in no time.
The nearest train station in Cannes is only a 10 minutes drive away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Being located on a hill, the golf equipment is best transported by car to the golf course. Going down is easy, coming back is easier by car.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). From Mandelieu, you can easily drive to Oran, in the Alpes-Maritimes, which is the nearest skiing station.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Again, being located on a hill, it's best to use the car to go shopping and dining. The city is at the foot of the mountain, so it's just a 5 minute drive down, and there you will find restaurants and shops of all kinds.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Situated on the hill, the villa offers a stunning 180°view on the Bay of Cannes, the Îles de Lérins and Théoule.
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded.
