The apartment is located on the ground floor of the apartment complex. The apartment is composed of a large living room, opening on to a private garden adjacent to a large swimming pool. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, 4 cordless telephones, WiFi ADSL Internet access is available for the use of guests at a nominal weekly charge, fax and cable TV and 2 DVD players, and an additional LCD TV in the master bedroom.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood literally just a few steps from the center of activity (1.40 kilometers from the Palais des Festivals).

• Nice Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive.
• Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. There is a regular bus service from outside the door to the main Cannes railway station, to the bus terminal where the airport bus stops, and to La Croisette. Cannes is a major train terminus in France. The trains leave for Nice every 10 minutes in the morning, then throughout the day every 15 minutes to half hour. From Cannes you can travel by train to Aix en Provence, Marsaille, Nice, Monaco, Italy, virtually all of France, and Europe. * The train station is about a ten to 15 minute walk from our apartment.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 60 minute(s). Isola 2000, Valberg.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Many restaurants and shops nearby. Take a taxi up the big hill to the Palace in Monte Carlo (USD 10). Visit Monaco and have lunch in Monte Carlo. At 5 PM walk down the hill to the train station and take the 5:30 PM train to downtown to San Remo Italy, about 45 minutes on the train. There you will find wonderful shopping, great prices, untill 8 PM. Have a great Italian dinner by the sea in the old fishing harbor and catch the 11 PM train back to Cannes. Midnight in Cannes - walk home and fall into bed!
• Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) walk. Sailing and scuba diving classes are available on the beach near Pointe Croisette, which is about a 10 minute drive away. Passenger ferry boat services to St Tropez & Iles de Lerins depart Cannes marina.
• Nearby Attractions: 10 minute walk from the Croisette and the convention centre (Palais des Congres), which is 1 kilometer away. Local Activities: cycling, diving, fishing, golf, roller blading, sailing, ski, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing. Tennis is available at Cannes Tennis Club, (about a 20 minutes walk away), behind the Martinez Hotel.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
