"Water Haven II" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located 20 minutes south of St. Augustine (the oldest city in America) and 20 minutes north of Daytona Beach (home of NASCAR racing). It is a wonderful place to have quality time with your loved ones doing simpler things...going to the pool, playing in the ocean, fishing, biking, walking, playing tennis, golfing, reading a good book and slowing life down a bit. The location is great for day excursions to towns in the area and over an hour from the famous Walt Disney World in Orlando. *** We rent to adults only as the property is not suitable for children ***
