All rooms have marvellous views of the gardens. From the middle of the property you can see the sea at Cala Rajada. The property is an example of well preserved nature, it is very peaceful and beautiful. The Villa sits within 2 hectares of land in the northeast of the island, just 3 minutes away from the Canyamel Golden Sandy beach. In its interior the house is decorated with very good taste; white magnolia colours, fine furniture and beautiful original paintings. The rooms are modern and minimalist, very well-equipped, and with a mixture of antiques and modern art. Each room has been decorated and furnished mainly in white, creating a great sense of space and light. For dining outdoors, there is a terrace facing east with views over the valley. To the rear of the house there is a large "Horizon" swimming pool (18m x 5m) with "infinite edge". This property in its particularly beautiful and tranquil location, is ideal for those seeking peaceful seclusion but not isolation.
The Villa has also a sixth bedroom, that remains locked at the far right hand side. As it is at one extreme of the Villa , the fact that it remains locked , it does not create any disturbance for normal life in the Villa.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
