There are lovely views on the sea from all rooms. The apartment has a very large terrace with direct views on the sea. The terrace has sunbeds, a barbacue, table and chairs to have lunch or dinner outside.

Airport
The Airport is at 70 Km from the apartment
Shopping and Dining
The lovely seaside Village of Canyamel is only at 400 metres from the Apartment. There are restaurants, shops (pharmacy, supermarket, etc), there.
Golf Courses
Golf course of Canyamel, (18 holes , one of the best of the island), is only 1 km from the Apartment. There are two other 18-hole golf courses only 5 Km away and a fourth 9-hole course is 8 km away. The area has the highest proportion of golf courses in Mallorca.
Waterfront and/or Beach
A fine sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 20 minute walk from the property. The sea is only 75 metres from the Apartment. It is a one minute walk away. Sandy beach is only 450 metres away from the Apartment. The sea waters are crystal clear with turqouise and deep blue shades. It is ideal for swimming and it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 100.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
