There are lovely views on the sea from all rooms. The apartment has a very large terrace with direct views on the sea. The terrace has sunbeds, a barbacue, table and chairs to have lunch or dinner outside.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The lovely seaside Village of Canyamel is only at 400 metres from the Apartment. There are restaurants, shops (pharmacy, supermarket, etc), there.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The sea is only 75 metres from the Apartment. It is a one minute walk away. Sandy beach is only 450 metres away from the Apartment. The sea waters are crystal clear with turqouise and deep blue shades. It is ideal for swimming and it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
