1 Queen Bed and 2 Single/Twin Beds. This Bedroom is an independent Studio at the bottom of the House, at the level of the lower grass terrace. It has 4 windows overlooking the sea and it is very large.

You have breathtaking views on the Mediterranian sea from the House. All the coast you see is totally virgin, the best preserved of all the Island of Mallorca. At your left you will see the spectacular "Covas de Arta" , Millenium Caves, of extraordinary beauty. At your right you will sea the Coast of Canyamel and Costa de los Pinos. Sunrise is just in front of the house and the pleniluniums are also spectacular.
This house, at NE Mallorca, is quite unique in its position. It is just on the waters edge, at the Bay of Canyamel, with marvellous views on all the NE Coast of Mallorca. The area is absolutely relaxing and enjoys, at the same time, very charming and non expensive Restaurants & Cafes all around. Nearby villages like Capdepera & Arta keep all their traditional character.
The Pool is shared. The Villa is built on the waters edge and along the coast, for 600 metres there are 25 more Villas with gardens among them . All of them share the pool that is maintained regularly by a gardener. The pool remains very private as there is never more than 30% of the Villas occupied at the same time and because of the fact that the sea is so marvellous there (crystal clear waters with deep blue & turquoise waters) that all owners prefer the sea to the pool.

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Golf Course of Canyamel (18 Holes) is just at 1 mile away. It is one of the best Golf Course of the Island. At a distance of 5 km you have another 3 Golf courses ; The Golf of Capdepera (Roca Viva) , the Golf of s´era de Pula , and the Golf of costa de Los Pinos.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). In walking distance you have the shops & restaurants of Canyamel. The area has many other villages with a lot of character & history. The main ones are Arta , Capdepera and Son Servera, all of them extremely peaceful with charming and non expensive restaurants & Cafes all around. At Cala Rajada, a nearby town, there is a lovely harbour and it is one of the most trendy towns of the island; fashion shops, cafes , bars, night amusement etc.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. This House is quite unique by its position, totally oceanfront. It is just on the water edge, at the Bay of Canyamel, with marvellous views on all the NE Coast of Mallorca. Nature there is absolutely well preserved; sea waters are crystal clear with turquoise and deep blue shades and beaches are sandy & safe. A tiny beach (Embarcadero del Rey) is just at 200 metres. You can jump from there into crystal clear waters.
The large golden sandy Beach of Canyamel is at 500 metres. You can walk (adults only) through a lovely path on the mountain. With children you should follow the road. By car it is just 2 minutes.
There is also a cove at the bottom of the house.
You can practise many sea sports in the area : Swimming, Diving, Fishing.
35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
