Apartments 1 and 2 are in the farmhouse, while apartments 3,4,5 and 6 are located in the renovated hayloft with a large shared loggia on the gr. fl.. Extensive views of the plain. Surrounded by an organic farm, garden with large equipped lawn, swimming pool (7x14) and table-tennis. Comfortable rustic-sytle furniture. It is possible to hire bikes and canoes. ACCOMMODATION: (130 m2) 1st. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace, kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher) and access onto a covered and equipped terrace, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin-bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
