Apartments 1 and 2 are in the farmhouse, while apartments 3,4,5 and 6 are located in the renovated hayloft with a large shared loggia on the gr. fl.. Extensive views of the plain. Surrounded by an organic farm, garden with large equipped lawn, swimming pool (7x14) and table-tennis. Comfortable rustic-sytle furniture. It is possible to hire bikes and canoes. On request it is possible on the property wine tasting and guided tours. Parking. Baby-bed available (Euro 15/week/each).Central heating. DISTANCES: 8 km the characteristic town of Caorle (various shops, beaches where you can hire deck-chairs etc, excellent trattorias). 3 km Ottava Presa (foodshops), 5 km Concordia Sagittaria, 15 km 18 hole golf course, 25 km Aquileia (archeological site with interesting excavations) and Grado (lagoon and beach), 40 km Venice.
ACCOMMODATION: (70 m2) Upper fl.:living/dining room (satellite TV) with kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room (beds can be put together), 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
