20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 22,00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
