From the patio and the garden you can see the sea of the Tuscan coast and the hills.
• Fiumicino Airport is 45 minutes by car. Train station in 15 minutes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is very good and typical restaurant 3.5 km away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. A very charming stone farmhouse in the quiet of Tuscan Maremma. You can enjoy the Tuscan hills and the Tuscan coast view.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 22,00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
