Charming apartment in a small well kept tourist centre with just 10 homes within an important and protected nature oasis which faces onto the lovely Lake Vico (you can bathe in clear waters as motor boats are forbidden). The recently built apartments have views of the lake. Peaceful and panoramic position. Every apartment has its own equipped outdoor area (abt. 50 m2) and TV. Ideal for wonderful walks in the large woods around the lake. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Parking. Baby-bed available (Euro 40/week/each).DISTANCES: Lago di Vico abt. 500 m away as the crow flies and 3 km away by car, 3 km from the towns of Caparola and Ronciglione (various shops), 16 km Viterbo, 45 km the Etruscan areas of Tuscania and Tarquinia, 55 km Rome (300 m bus stop).
ACCOMMODATION: (abt. 70 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room with kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds , 1 bathroom with shower. Private garden (abt.100 m2) directly on the lake. Upon request an additional bed can be added in the living room. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
