Only two minutes from the wonderful Atlantic beaches, this property is set in a residential area, backing on to a forest in a quiet position. With a private heated swimming pool, set in an enclosed garden complete with an oven and special sink used for seafood preparation, this makes an ideal venue for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Messanges village has a good restaurant, café and the beach is ideal for surfers and windsurfing. Nearby is the lake at Léon which is excellent for children. Further to the south is Biarritz, known for its casino and beaches and Saint Jean-de-Luz harbour. For an alternative day out, Spain is easily accessible. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
