This beautiful home offers soaring ceilings and over 2300 sq ft of air-conditioned, tiled open space living area that include formal dining room, living room, family room and well-appointed kitchen with Corian counter top, breakfast bar and morning nook, as well as huge sliding doors to the pool and oversized patio.
High standard furnishings throughout make this house particularly enjoyable. The master suite with king-size bed and private access to the pool has an elegant passage to the spacious master bath with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, separate restroom and large walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds, each with its own full bathroom. Equipped with all amenities for you to enjoy: electric heated pool, built-in stereo system indoors and outdoors, cable TV, high speed internet and more.
$25 per week is included in the rent for the electric pool heat. Additional electricity is charged at $0.12/Kwh upon departure.
