This is an ideal place to spend your vacation just relaxing round the private pool with beautiful views on the Canal. Close to all shops, Restaurants. Only 20 miles from RSW Airport. 20 miles from the Beautiful Sanibel and Captiva Island with there fabulous beaches. Two Bikes are provided for our guests to use round the many cycle lanes in Cape Coral. There is even your own boat dock which only takes 2 minutes to the river then beyond to the Gulf. Fort Myers is only 25 mins away.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 3:00 PM.
• All pets are allowed.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 10 per day. A minimum of 7 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
