Lovely House in Peaceful Location in SE Cape Coral

Villa is situated in a quiet and peaceful location in the Yacht Club Area of Cape Coral. Very Close to Cape Coral Beach and all local amenities. The house is fully furnished to a high standard and has full disabled facilities. Two bikes are provided for our guests to explore all the cycle lanes that Cape Coral has to offer. Only a 25 minute drive to beautiful Beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands and 25 minutes from Fort Myers Beach. Back yard is very private with its own lemon and orange trees ideal spot for an evening barbeque.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Discover Card
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 50 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
