Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
US$ 35.-- per week of electrical consumption is included, additional charge has to be payed directly to the key holder.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
