• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Several courses are available less than 30 minutes drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Shopping center with Publix Supermarket is a short walk. Drive time to center of Cape Coral or Fort Myers is 10 minutes.
• Unit overlooks a wide canal with direct gulf access. Beaches are a short car ride away. Sanibel Island is less than 30 minutes away. Pine Island is less than 15 minutes away. Fort Myers beach is a 15 minute drive.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
