Private boat dock for boating and fishing. There are many water sports available (waterskiing, sport fishing, snorkeling, diving). Cape Coral is nick-named the "Waterfront Wonderland". There are hundreds of miles of beautiful waterways to see by boat. There are many everglade tours available. There is a water park nearby. Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Captiva Island, Pine Island are all very close by. Lots of places to dine and shop too!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 500.00/pet will apply.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
