If interested in renting the boat (max 6 people), here are the tariffs: 7 days rental: .................$1,100.00 (minimum is 3 days at $200/day) Tax:............................6 % Refundable Security Deposit.....$1,000.00 (payable to the captain first day of renting) Orientation fee:................$150.00 (payable to the captain first day of renting) I would need to know your level of expertise, how many days, and the purpose for renting the boat.

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Around 10 minutes to the nearest golf course.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 5 minutes away from shopping.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. Around 30 minutes to get to the ocean/beach. Boat available upon request.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash - Travelers Cheques
CANCELLATION POLICY: The renter may cancel the rental contract at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing. The following deadlines and costs apply to cancellations by the renter: Cancellations of 46 or more days prior to arrival: 20% of rental amount is forfeited Cancellations of 45 or less days prior to arrival: 100% of rental amount is forfeited In addition, a non-refundable booking fee in the amount of $50.00 is charged on each reservation.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
