    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Shopping center with Albertsons Supermarket is a short walk. Drive time to center of Cape Coral or Fort Myers is 10 minutes.
    • Unit overlooks a wide canal with direct gulf access. Beaches are a short car ride away. Sanibel and Captiva Island is less than 30 minutes away. Fort Myers beach is a 15 minute drive. Fishing gear, beach chairs and towels, and assorted beach and pool toys.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
