Payments and Policies

Payment Details

35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Wire transfer to US Bank or European Bank

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
Check in after 2:00 AM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
All pets are allowed.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
