• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is an 18 hole champion golf course within walking distance to the Villa.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). A 5 minute drive to all tourist activities.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The villa is approximately 500 feet (160 meters) from the lovely sandy beach of Ans Becune. All aquatic amenities can be rented for a nominal fee from the adjacent hotel.
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
